Honorable Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Swami is Executive Chairman, founder and one of the promoters of Times Placement Services. He has a vast experience in Education department, Govt. of Rajasthan, India.
He has held many important positions in Govt. of Rajasthan and actively participated in international & national seminars on HR & Recruitment. His vision and expertise has secured Times Placement Services growth in recruitment.

Mr. Vipin Swami is Managing Partner and one of the Company’s Promoters. He is BSc. from MDS University of Ajmer, Rajasthan. He served in CISF (Ministry of Home Affairs), a Primier Paramilitary Force in India, at senior position.
Mr. Vipin Swami has considerable experience in the recruitment and HR. With an ambitious plan for the growth and expansion of the company, he is actively involved in setting and executing the business strategies.

 

Mrs Suchitra V. is a Chief Finance Officer of our organization. She is a graduate MBA specialized in Finance and Marketing from Punjab University.

Mrs. Suchitra V. has considerable experience in the finance industry.

 

Dr. Aalok Arora, an IIM Calcutta Alumni and Doctorate in Business Management has several years of experience in different domains.

He is a creative thinker - someone who thinks outside the box and has the ability to listen and make effective decisions. All of these attributes have given him a successful track record within the staffing industry.

Mr. B.M. Joshi is B.E. in Civil Engineering from Rajasthan University. He started his career as an Assistant Engineer in P.W.D Rajasthan. He worked for NHAI for five years as a DGM (Technical).
Finally he retired as a Deputy Chief Engineer from P.W.D Rajasthan. He is working with us in a capacity of a Chief Technical Consultant since 2005

 

Mr. Jayant K. Singh is electronic engineer from MNNIT, Allahabad University, done his MS in Quality Management(QM) from BITS,Pilani and an IRCA registered Lead Auditor.
He has 20 years of experience in guiding and improvising business process across the business spectrum. He is responsible for all HR related operations in Times Placement Services.
